RHSH tracks outcomes at 30, 60, and 90 days for veterans, and at program completion and 6-month follow-up for teens. We report what we delivered — not what we hoped.

RHSH is in its founding year. We do not have three years of outcome data. We have a clear model, a committed team, a board with deep expertise, and an origin story built from the inside of the gap we are filling.
