Whether you're a Pueblo West or Pueblo neighbor, a local business owner, a foundation, a corporate partner, or just someone who wants to help an unannounced foam party happen on a hot Saturday — there's a place for you here.
The program runs because Pueblo West and Pueblo neighbors show up — as participants, as facilitators, as people who say "I know somebody who can help with that." Email us and we'll loop you into whatever's coming up. No commitment required. You can show up to one pop-up or to all of them.
If you run a Pueblo West or Pueblo restaurant, bakery, food truck, animal rescue, art studio, hardware store, or anything else — you might be a perfect partner for a pop-up. We buy in meaningful volume from a single small business per event, putting grant dollars directly into the local economy. We'd love to talk.
→ partnerships welcome
Seeds of Community is a program of Restoring Hearts Supporting Hands, a Colorado 501(c)(3) (EIN 93-4976456). We're seeking launch partners for our 2026 cycle of pop-ups across Pueblo West's Civic Center Park and Lovell Park, with larger cross-community events along the Arkansas Riverwalk in Pueblo. Grant funds go entirely to direct program costs — no overhead, no salaries.
RHSH is headquartered in Florissant, in the Cripple Creek/Teller corner of southern Colorado — we know the small Colorado communities of this region from the inside. The pop-up model is designed to extend to other small Colorado towns where a central park and local partners are ready.

Every dollar funds a free meal, a participation trophy, a foam-machine rental, a pop-up dress drive, or another small piece of community connection. Donations are tax-deductible. We're working on a donation portal — for now, reach out and we'll point you to the right place.
→ donate by request
We answer every email, usually within a day. Tell us who you are, what you're thinking, and how you'd like to be part of this. We'll take it from there.
